A Gluten-Free Baker’s Dozen 

The number one question we get when people move to Singapore or start a gluten-free diet is Where do I find gluten-free bread? The choices have increased exponentially in the past five years and it can be hard to remember where to buy good certain brands and what ingredients they contain.

The 1°GF Team has searched island wide to find 13 gluten-free breads available in Singapore based on recommendations from the Singapore Celiac and Gluten Intolerance Support Group.  We  have listed each one along with location, price, size and ingredients.

    Little Farms also has gluten free Sol Breads and Wild Free bread from Aus – frozen only.

    The Vogels gluten free bread from Kiwi Kitchen is really good and they have quite a variety to chose from. They also carry other brands of gluten free bread too.

      Hi Esther, sorry of the delayed response. For M&S I usually go to Wheelock Place or Plaza Singapura. Cold Storage: Tanglin Market Place, Some Darby, Plaza Singapura and sometimes found in Holland Village and Cluny Court

    RedMart also has wonderful bread now called ENER G gluten and diary free , has multiple bread choices from brown, white banana pretzels etc.
