    Hi
I am new to bread making andwant to learn basic bread recipes and some others recipes (healthy cookies?) that I can use as snacks/ treats for my kids. Which of the two classes would you recommend out of 24th and 25th April?

Hi Swati, The two classes focus on different recipes. The Science of Gluten Free Baking covers on cookies, snacks and crackers but does not cover bread. The Amazing GF Bread class focuses primarily on making a good loaf (or rolls) of GF bread. If you are very new to the world of Gluten Free Baking, I would suggest the first class on April 24. If you have some prior bread baking experience and are looking for a fabulous foolproof bread, the April 25 class would be advisable. We hope to see you at one or both of the classes!
