Step up your skills with gluten free baguettes, loafs, rolls, crackers and bagels.  All recipes are gum free and dairy free.  This class is ideal for people who have some prior experience with gluten free baking. Recipes are made with customized flour blends.

9:30am to 1:00pm with lunch at the end.
Gluten and dairy free class.  Mostly egg free with egg free options. Not suitable for nut allergy
All recipes will suit vegetarians

So we can all fit in my home gluten free kitchen, the class will be demonstration with some hands on participation.  Wild yeast or sourdough options for bread will also be discussed.  Lunch will include what we’ve cooked with vegetarian fillings and dips (recipes included)
  • Space is limited. 
  • Cost: $120 per person
  • PLEASE NOTE: class requires 4 people minimum to run.  In the event that the minimum is not met, payment will be refunded or can be applied to a future class.

Please note:  To secure a spot, please pay in advance via *PayPal.  Our cancellation policy is full refund if cancelled prior to 24 hours in advance.  If less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be given (as ingredients will have already been purchased) unless the spot can be filled.
